Electricity service offer valid for NY residents excluding areas serviced by the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA). Natural gas offer valid for NY residents with heating accounts in areas serviced by Consolidated Edison, National Grid (Keyspan NY), National Grid (Niagara Mohawk), New York State Electric and Gas (NYSEG), Orange & Rockland and National Fuel Gas. Electricity service is provided through Energy Plus Holdings LLC and natural gas service is through its affiliate Energy Plus Natural Gas LLC. Rewards Information: If enrolling an electric account, a $50 Enrollment Bonus for business accounts or a $25 Enrollment Bonus for residential accounts will be awarded after completing two months of active electric service with Energy Plus. If enrolling a natural gas account, a $25 Enrollment Bonus for business accounts or a $25 Enrollment Bonus for residential accounts will be awarded after completing two months of active gas service with us. Active accounts are defined as those (i) that are billing more than $0 and (ii) for which we have not received a request to discontinue service. Please note, if you enroll both electric and gas accounts, it is possible your services will start on different dates, so your bonuses may be awarded on different dates. You will earn 2% Cash Back for residential accounts and 3-8% Cash Back for business accounts for every $1 spent on the supply portion of your monthly energy bill. Your Cash Back rebate will be mailed automatically after the close of your twelfth billing cycle which means you must have an active Energy Plus account for 12 billing cycles to receive the Cash Back rebate. Account eligibility for a natural gas Enrollment Bonus requires a minimum of 500 annual therms or ccfs, based on historic usage as estimated by your utility at the time of enrollment.

Important Rate Information: You will receive a promotional supply rate for your first 3 billing cycles. After the first 3 billing cycles, this promotional supply rate will expire. Thereafter, you will be charged a variable supply rate that is subject to change each billing cycle based on various factors as described in your Terms of Service and may be different, including higher, than your utility’s supply rate. You can cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Utility supply rates may change, so we cannot guarantee your promotional supply rate and/or your variable supply rate will be below the utility’s prevailing supply rate while you are an active Energy Plus customer. Electric Customers: Click here to see your promotional electricity supply rate based on your utility and account type. Your promotional electricity supply rate will remain at the same rate for all 3 billing cycles. Gas Customers: The promotional natural gas supply rate works differently than the promotional electricity supply rate. If you are currently on a Budget Billing plan, your monthly budget billing amount may be adjusted as a result of enrollment with Energy Plus. In addition, your utility may perform a true-up upon enrollment with Energy Plus. Depending on various factors, including season, this true-up could result in a charge, or a credit.

Green Option Information: If you choose to add the Green Option, you will be charged approximately $0.01 additional per kWh over Energy Plus' variable electric supply rate and your monthly electricity usage will be automatically offset by an equivalent amount of wind power via Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).
