What do I need to do to earn Cash Back?
Simply select Energy Plus® as your natural gas or electricity supplier by completing our short enrollment form.  We’ll take care of the rest.

How will I earn Cash Back? 
There are two great ways to earn Cash Back.  First, you will earn a one-time bonus just for selecting Energy Plus (after 2 months of active service with us). Second, you will earn ongoing Cash Back annually on the supply portion of your energy bills.

When will I receive my Enrollment Bonus?
After two months of active service with Energy Plus, we will send you your Enrollment Bonus. Based on the timing of your billing cycle, this may be 8-12 weeks after you sign up with Energy Plus.

When will I receive my usage Cash Back? 
You will start earning Cash Back the same day your energy service starts. Your rewards accrue after each billing cycle and at the end of twelve months of active service with Energy Plus, we will send you your Cash Back. Please note that rewards will not appear on your actual energy bills.

Who is eligible for this offer? 
You must have a service address in Energy Plus’s Ohio service area. For electricity, this includes Duke. For natural gas, this includes all areas except the Vectren territory and municipality owned gas utilities.

Is there any cost to enroll? Energy Plus does not charge any enrollment or monthly service fees. In some cases, your local utility company may charge a nominal fee to switch.

What will happen to my service if I choose Energy Plus? 
The program is a great deal because you will earn Cash Back AND nothing about how your service is delivered will change. Your local utility company will continue to deliver your energy, read your meter, service emergencies and send your monthly bills.

When will I start to receive energy from you? 
Service with Energy Plus typically will take one to two billing cycles to begin after the enrollment process is completed. 

Who do I call if there is a problem with my service?
No matter who supplies it, your energy will continue to be delivered by your local utility company. If you have any problem with your service please contact your utility company.
