*Members will receive a Cash Back rebate check after every 12 months of service. The Cash Back rebate will be 5% of the annual supply portion of your electricity bill per business account and 4% per residential account. A $50 Activation Bonus check for business accounts or a $25 Activation Bonus check for residential accounts will be mailed after two months of active service from Energy Plus. Cash Back rebate checks and Activation Bonuses will only be issued on active accounts billing more than $0. Your local utility company will continue to deliver your electricity.

The Energy Plus online application may display a message if you happen to have an unserviceable rate class. Also note that for PPL Electric Utilities customers, Energy Plus will not be able to offer a budget billing payment plan nor service to customers participating in Customer Assistance Programs (CAPs) until September 2010.
