Service Availability

We currently offer service to customers that receive their electric bill from one of the following utility companies:

  • National Grid
  • NSTAR
  • WMECo

We do not currently offer service in areas where a municipally or community owned electric utility has not chosen to participate in retail competition. Also, we do not currently offer service to customers that receive their bill from:

  • Unitil

License Information

Energy Plus® has been licensed as an energy supplier by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) since April 2010. Our license number is CS-072.

Rates

We offer a month-to-month variable-rate product. Please see our Terms of Service for more information.

Billing

  • Your switch to Energy Plus will take 1-2 billing cycles.
  • You will continue to receive just one bill from your utility company.
  • Budget billing is an available option.
